Hertfordshire County Council Adult Services – Occupational Therapy Team
- £1,000 funding towards cost of 3.5 metre wheelchair ramp (discretionary grant)
- Advice on home adaptations
- Referral to AST Services for rented stair lifts
- Referral to EMS Lifts for through the floor wheelchair lift
MND Association (national and local branch)
- £1,500 grant towards stair lift installation and rental costs
- Rise and recline chair
- Travelling expenses for hospital visits
- £400 ‘quality of life’ grant for home podiatry
